Individual Sentiments
This fledgling label debuted 2008. Prior to this, founding Individual Sentiments designer Yoko Ito spent almost a decade working in Italy with designers including Maurizio Altieri’s Intervallo and Avantindietro projects. The label’s name refers to individual views and attitudes which are inherent to her designs: a complex and intricate hybrid of Italian tailoring and Japanese conceptualism.
